Hope it isn't too confusing, it's been about 20 years since I took my flowcharting class.
One of the questions we often get is how to handle ad changes if they have already printed. The safest and cleanest way to handle this is to stop the ad in AMP and book a new one as a pickup with changes. If we open a complete ad and make changes, there is a risk of the old file not getting replaced. We also do this to preserve the ad as it originally ran.
